To break up the work a little, I’ve made a start on the interior while waiting for the epoxy and paint to dry on other bits of the boat.
Now I’ve got a decent floor I can start building some framing.
Here’s a quick picture of an L shaped sofa frame I’m making for the port side, it’s mostly marine ply and treated framing timber which should be decent when done. Should be panelled off next week, the seat base will be a lid and the space inside it will be storage.
It’ll give me something to sit on and drink tea between the other work too.
It should also be big enough to use as a bed (it’s about 180cm long).
We’ve also selected some high density cushions that we’ll cut to shape. Here’s one we did earlier for the little ottoman/stool that needs finishing up.
