Quick update, Monday the starboard side has been fibreglassed along the edge and sanded ready for primer.
Today(Tues) was spent applying International Interprotect 2 part epoxy grey primer to the starboard side.
It’s fairly thick stuff so in the end I brushed it on which took a fair bit of effort. It stinks too so it was a respirator day.
There’s still bits to sort out and smooth but this is as far as a 750ml can goes for now.
Next jobs are sanding and fairing some of those bits that remain then I’ll be sanding the primer and applying the first coat of white topside paint.
Im not touching the underside for now as I need to inspect the hull. I’ll likely antifoul her grey with a white waterline later.
